MIDTERM EXAM vs.1 (_PROCTORED by Examity)

You have 70 minutes for this exam. There are 40 questions. The mid-term accounts for 250 points, equal to 25% of the final course grade. If you'd obtain 200 points => 200/250 = 0.8, you have a B- in the exam.

• You have 1.75 min per question. Take your time. 
• Read each question carefully. There might be little details you should pay attention to. Then think about your answers carefully. The exam tests for a deeper understanding, not for word recognition.
• Each question is being locked after you answer it. You cannot go back.
• During the exam, you are allowed to use the following ONLINE SCRATCH PAPER in a separate browser window/tab: https://sketch.io/sketchpad. It must be blank when you start.
• You are allowed to have a drink on your desk. Nothing else is allowed on your table.
• All other windows or programs must be closed/ turned-off, including browser extensions.
• You MUST show the proctor that no other software or applications are running. Please end all tasks not related to the exam.
• You are not allowed to copy and paste the results of your exam. The attempt to copy or take screenshots will result in 0 points on the exam.
• The proctor might ask for a desk pan with your webcam including the area underneath the computer monitor, laptop, keyboard, and mouse.  
• You must notify your proctor when you submit. If you disconnect from the proctor without notice, you can receive 0 points on the exam.
