Instructions
A 2 year old girl presents with known achondroplasia presents with acute onset weakness after a 3 foot fall from a play structure.
On exam she is alert, awake and has complete weakness of her right arm and 3/5 strength in her right leg.
She has symmetric sensation to light touch. Her reflexes are symmetric without evidence of pathological reflexes.
Patient underwent work up with a CT scan cervical spine which did not reveal any evidence of fracture or subluxation
