Practice Exam midterm (PROCTORED by Honorlock)

This practice exam covers material from Sessions 1 - 4.

It has two purposes: (1) get you used to the test setting; (2) get you used to the kind of questions.

It consists of 10 questions, worth 3 points each (total of 30 points = 3% of your final grade). 

• You have about 2 min per question, like in the exam: 10 questions in 20 min.
• Read each question carefully. There might be little details you should pay attention to. Then think about your answers carefully. The exam tests for a deeper understanding, not for word recognition.
• Each question is being locked after you answer it. You cannot go back.
• During the exam, you are allowed to use the integrated calculator from Honorlock.
• You are allowed to have a drink on your desk. Nothing else is allowed on your table, and your room will be checked.
• All other windows or programs must be closed/ turned-off, including browser extensions.
• No other software or applications can be running. Please end all tasks not related to the exam.
• You are not allowed to copy and paste the results of your exam. The attempt to copy or take screenshots will result in 0 points on the exam.
• Keep your eyes forward towards the exam screen. Don't be afraid to drift off in thoughts, but looking off to the side repeatedly will raise suspicion.
