This week's online discussion refers to this week's reading:

In Figure 4 of the text, Carlota Perez explains the process of creative destruction of long wave transitions by going through it step-by-step. Select one example of creative destruction your choice. Then walk us through each of the steps outlined in Figure 4. Make sure you understand what she means by each step of the process. Use "direct quotations" from the text to make clear which step you refer to at each point of your explanation (you could use bullets to distinguish between them, but don't have to). After the deadline for this assignment, you will be invited to comment on the post of two other peers. This peer-review will also be graded (peer-review is due 24h after the deadline of the main assignment, and there's not extra reminder from Canvas about that! Late submissions of posts won't get the opportunity for these points (at assignment deadline) and late peer-comments (24h later) will NOT be graded.
