In this short course, instructors will learn new ways to use Canvas to support student learning through assessment. Topics include assessing student outcomes, developing a reliable scoring scheme and rubric, using surveys for student feedback, incorporating team learning and peer assessment, and grading in Speedgrader. The focus will be on practical and efficient solutions presented in a hands-on environment.
