When it can be verified with facts.

When the information is from a reference source such as an encyclopedia, a science journal/scholarly journal, a reliable source that has verified references and/or the information is being exported from the source of the subject in question.
When it comes from a Government agency/database

When you can find actual proof about the information.

When the sources they site can be verified and they list related cites, books, or places to find additional information that will back up their facts.
It is from a peer-reviewed journal/article
Multiple sources corroborate the information and its accuracy
When the information given is up to date.
When the information is backed up with researchable facts.
